Re Print from Peggy Noonan

ATT000161.jpg>Peggy Noonan is a professional, trusted writer who is fair in her reporting. Before voting, every Democrat and every Republican should read this to understand who Trump really is. You would never get this from either party, especially said so clearly that it is easily understandable.
Whatever your position, Peggy Noonan is a soberly sound and well respected journalist: THIS IS AN INTERESTING ARTICLE ON TRUMP.
NOT EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE HEARING IN THE PRESS.
Peggy Noonan wrote about Trump this weekend in her Wall Street Journal - Trump (Things You Might Not Know About Him)
Trump, hopefully, is waking some of the RINOs up. The criticisms of Trump are amazingly missing something. They are lacking in negative stories from those who work for him or have had business dealings with him. After all the employees he's had and all the business deals he's made there is a void of criticism. In fact, long term employees call him a strong and merciful leader and say he is far more righteous and of high integrity than people may think. And while it may surprise many, he's actually humble when it comes to his generosity and kindness.
A good example is a story that tells of his limo breaking down on a deserted highway outside of New York City . A middle-aged couple stopped to help him and as a thank you he paid off their mortgage, but he didn't brag about that. Generous and good people rarely talk of charity they bestow on others. But as much as all this is interesting, the real thing that people want to know is what Donald Trump's plan is for America . It's funny how so many people say they don't know what it is, or they act like Trump is hiding it. The information is readily available if people would just do a little homework. But, since most Americans won't –
1. ) Trump believes that America should not intervene militarily in other country's problems without being compensated for doing so. If America is going to risk the lives of our soldiers and incur the expense of going to war, then the nations we help must be willing to pay for our help. Using the Iraq War as an example, he cites the huge monetary expense to American taxpayers (over $1. 5 trillion, and possibly much more depending on what sources are used to determine the cost) in addition to the cost in human life. He suggests that Iraq should have been required to give us enough of their oil to pay for the expenses we incurred. He includes in those expenses the medical costs for our military and $5 million for each family that lost a loved one in the war and $2 million for each family of soldiers who received severe injuries.
2. ) Trump wants America to have a strong military again. He believes the single most important function of the federal government is national defense. He has said he wants to find the General Patton or General MacArthur who could lead our military buildup back to the strength it needs to be. While he hasn't said it directly that I know of, Trump's attitude about America and about winning tells me he'd most likely be quick to eliminate rules of engagement that handicap our military in battle. Clearly Trump is a "win at all costs" kind of guy, and I'm sure that would apply to our national defense and security, too.
3. ) Trump wants a strong foreign policy and believes that it must include 7 core principles: A) American interests come first. Always. No apologies. B) Maximum firepower and military preparedness. C) Only go to war to win. D) Stay loyal to your friends and suspicious of your enemies. E) Keep the technological sword razor sharp. F) See the unseen Prepare for threats before they materialize. G) Respect and support our present and past warriors.
4. ) Trump believes that terrorists who are captured should be treated as military combatants, not as criminals like the Obama administration treats them.
5. ) Trump makes the point that China 's manipulation of their currency has given them unfair advantage in our trade dealings with them. He says we must tax their imports to offset their currency manipulation, which will cause American companies to be competitive again and drive manufacturing back to America and create jobs here. Although he sees China as the biggest offender, he believes that America should protect itself from all foreign efforts to take our jobs and manufacturing. For example, Ford is building a plant in Mexico and Trump suggests that every part or vehicle Ford makes in Mexico be taxed 35% if they want to bring it into the U.S., which would cause companies like Ford to no longer be competitive using their Mexican operations and move manufacturing back to the U. S. , once again creating jobs here.
6. ) Trump wants passage of NOPEC legislation (No Oil Producing and Exporting Cartels Act – NOPEC – S. 394), which would allow the government to sue OPEC for violating antitrust laws. According to Trump, that would break up the cartel. He also wants to unleash our energy companies to drill domestically (sound like Sarah Palin's drill baby, drill?) thereby increasing domestic production creating jobs and driving domestic costs of oil and gas down while reducing dependence on foreign oil.
7. ) Trump believes a secure border is critical for both security and prosperity in America . He wants to build a wall to stop illegals from entering and put controls on immigration. (And he says he'll get Mexico to pay for the wall, which many have scoffed at, but given his business successes I wouldn't put it past him.) He also wants to enforce our immigration laws and provide no path to citizenship for those who are here illegally.
8. ) Trump wants a radical change to the tax system to not only make it better for average Americans, but also to encourage businesses to stay here and foreign businesses to move here. The resulting influx of money to our nation would do wonders for our economy. He wants to make America the place to do business. He also wants to lower the death tax and the taxes on capital gains and dividends. This would put more than $1. 6 trillion back into the economy and help rebuild the 1. 5 million jobs we've lost to the current tax system. He also wants to charge companies who outsource jobs overseas a 20% tax, but for those willing to move jobs back to America they would not be taxed. And for citizens he has a tax plan that would allow Americans to keep more of what they earn and spark economic growth. He wants to change the personal income tax to: Up to $30,000 taxed at 1%. From $30,000 to $100,000 taxed at 5%. From $100,000 to $1,000,000 taxed at 10%. $1,000,000 and above taxed at 15%.
9. ) Trump wants Obamacare repealed. He says it's a "job-killing, health care-destroying monstrosity" that "can't be reformed, salvaged, or fixed". He believes in allowing real competition in the health insurance marketplace to allow competition to drive prices down. He also believes in tort reform to get rid of defensive medicine and lower costs.
10. ) Trump wants spending reforms in Washington , acknowledging that America spends far more than it receives in revenue. He has said he believes that if we don't stop increasing the national debt once it hits $24 trillion it will be impossible to save this country.
11. ) Even though he says we need to cut spending, he does not want to harm those on Medicare, Medicaid, or Social Security. He believes that the citizens have faithfully paid in to the system to have these services available and that the American government has an obligation to fulfill its end of the bargain and provide those benefits. Therefore, he wants to build the economy up so that we have the revenue to pay those costs without cutting the benefits to the recipients. He disagrees with Democrats who think raising taxes is the answer and says that when you do that you stifle the economy. On the other hand, when you lower taxes and create an environment to help businesses they will grow, hire more workers, and those new workers will be paying taxes that become more tax revenue for the government.
12. ) Trump also wants reform of the welfare state saying that America needs "a safety net, not a hammock. " He believes in a welfare to work program that would help reduce the welfare rolls and encourage people to get back to work. And he wants a crackdown on entitlement fraud.
13. ) Trump believes climate change is a hoax.
14. ) Trump opposes Common Core.
15. ) Trump is pro-life, although he allows for an exception due to rape, incest, or the life of the mother.
16. ) Trump is pro 2nd Amendment rights.
17. ) Trump's view on same-sex marriage is that marriage is between a man and a woman, but he also believes that this is a state’s rights issue, not a federal issue.
18. ) Trump supports the death penalty.
19. ) Trump believes that there is a lack of common sense, innovative thinking in Washington (Hmmm. . . looks like he believes in horse sense! ). He says it's about seeing the unseen and that's the kind of thinking we need to turn this country around. He tells a personal story to illustrate the point: "When I opened Trump National Golf Club at Rancho Palos Verdes in Los Angeles , I was immediately told that I would need to build a new and costly ballroom. The current ballroom was gorgeous, but it only sat 200 people and we were losing business because people needed a larger space for their events. Building a new ballroom would take years to get approval and permits (since it's on the Pacific Ocean ), and cost about $5 million. I took one look at the ballroom and saw immediately what needed to be done. The problem wasn't the size of the room, it was the size of the chairs. They were huge, heavy, and unwieldy. We didn't need a bigger ballroom, we needed smaller chairs! So I had them replaced with high-end, smaller chairs. I then had our people sell the old chairs and got more money for them than the cost of the new chairs. In the end, the ballroom went from seating 200 people to seating 320 people. Our visitors got the space they desired, and I spared everyone the hassle of years of construction and $5 million of expense. It's amazing what you can accomplish with a little common sense. On top of his saving years of construction and $5 million in expenses, he also was able to keep the ballroom open for business during the time it would have been under remodeling, which allowed him to continue to make money on the space instead of losing that revenue during construction time.
20. Donald Trump's entire life has been made up of success and winning. He's been accused of bankruptcies, but that's not true. He's never filed personal bankruptcy. He's bought companies and legally used bankruptcy laws to restructure their debt, just as businesses do all the time. But he's never been bankrupt personally.
21. He's a fighter that clearly loves America and would fight for our nation. Earlier I quoted Trump saying, "I love America . And when you love something, you protect it passionately – fiercely, even."
We never hear that from Democrats or even from most Republicans. Donald Trump is saying things that desperately need to be said but no other candidate has shown the fortitude to stand up and say them. Looking over this list of what he wants for America I see a very necessary set of goals that are long past due. Before we criticize someone because the media does, maybe we should seriously consider what he has to offer, as it is important to know what each of our candidates to replace a President who has ruined us globally, and who has put us on a path to disaster! This is not an appeal to vote for Trump, only to give some depth of comparison. "A mile of road will take you one mile. A mile of runway can take you anywhere"

Enough Kaepernick

Enough Kaepernick, in my mind he's a slime and not worth talking about anymore. I don't care what your feeling are about his non stance but I've heard enough about the bunch he is supporting. I appreciate the police but if I saw an injustice I would bring it to the front. The police are not infallible they have personalities like everyone else, some good traits some bad. So far all the big so called injustice has been Hands up don't shoot (which was proven a lie) which hurts their cause and rather than complying with a direct order not to resist they caused a fight which causes the adrenalin to increase and testosterone takes over the brain for both the policeman and the perpetrators. When you have the majority of the murders being committed by blacks on blacks like in Chicago it seems a little ridiculous to go after the 1% of cops that shouldn't be cops. I blame their own departments for not culling them out of the force. The guys on the street walking a beat know who the bad cops are and because they fail to bring charges against them all cops are blamed. But to get behind a bunch of thugs who think they can dictate our laws through anarchy and violence is a huge mistake. Not being a black man I cannot speak to the fear of the police that seems to be so prevalent in the community but as a citizen of the greatest country in the world I have to support law and order, without it we will become a ruined society for sure.
I think a great idea would be to have each of the supporters of the BLM movement go through the field test at the local police academies. The one where you have to make split second decisions on how to react. These should be filmed and studied. When you have to decide am I going to let this person kill me or do I shoot him or her in that split second. Maybe from that we could get a dialog to go forward and develop and attitude supporting compliance rather than defiance. Everyone should be able to make it home at the end of the day, both the police and the man on the street. ALL LIVES MATTER!

Silly little boy

For years professional football has tried to overtake professional baseball as the national pastime.  If the NFL has no more patriotism in their head office as to go along with the foolish career ending move that Kaepernick showed last night by not standing for the National Anthem they have lost the battle.  Americans are proud of their flag and what it has stood for for generations.  We now have a few black thugs that think their lives are more important than all others and this fool throws away his career in their honor.  Kap, your fan base just went down by 65% and maybe more.  You have now joined Vick in the too stupid to watch category.   Sorry Kid, I was a fan and hoped the best for you.

Please Donald, listen to me

Don Lindberg If I could tell Donald just one thing it would be to talk to people like he does to his family. Quit shouting his speeches, just have a conversation. Say the same things but do it in a softer tone. This will bring the women along that he needs so much. The sound system will do the job, you don't have to shout it makes you look and sound mean and constantly on the defense. Your interview with Kelly was a good example of a toned down Trump. You picked up the polls after that sit down conversation, you looked relaxed and confident. Nuff said, you still have my vote.

Who do the Dem's consider rich?

Understanding what the Democrats mean when they say the rich need to pay more; I am a businessman, I have a S-Corp which means the income from the business is taxed to me personally. My company does over $20Million in gross sales with a total company net profit of around $260K. All of our future improvements and bonuses to employees have to come out of that $260K plus we have to maintain at least $150K as operating income. I take $72000 as a salary but pay taxes on the $260K. I have to be personally responsible for all debt the company occures and sign all personal guarantees. Now the Governor of my State decided we didn't pay enough so he put on a Commerce Tax based on solely gross income. that just cost me $24K more right out of what little profits we have left. The rich that Hillary is talking about includes me and many others like me. We support 25 families in our company just like so many other small to medium businesses do. When they tax us out of business you and the rest of America will be supporting our 25 families and many many more. What will happen to your money when there are no more so called rich to tax?

I don't hate Obama or Hillary just their actions

I have been asked why so many have to have such a hateful disrespect for Obama and Hillary. First of all I don't hate anyone, I hate what they are doing and have done to our country. Obama's own words describe his feeling for the take down of America in both of his father books. His disrespect for our military and for the pride of ownership that Americans have had in their country to me is a criminal attempt to destroy what has always made our country great. We have been the protector of democracy, we have been world’s last hope for peace through strength, we have been the most benevolent country in the world when others have suffered. We have been the greatest country in the world for generations without a doubt.

The change started with his apology tour and has denigrated to the forced reduction of our military, more actual time in this administration has been spent on trying to change our moral and religious beliefs than on producing jobs. I could give a crap about someone who wants to be something else, regardless of their birth. Just don't try to force me to accept it. This is a Christian Nation in spite of all that has been done to remove Christ from our lives. We have always been tolerant of the religion of others as long as they didn't try to usurp our religion. We also have always been a nation of immigrants just don't ask me to accept those who want to use the system for their own gain and then leave. American immigrants have to come to America with the hope of becoming Americans, it's always been their goal. Those who fail to assimilate into our society and try to rebuild our country into their old one need to leave and go back to that which they left.

Obama’s style of leading from behind is a joke, in the military we would call it cowardice. Obama’s well known hatred for imperialism has been the genesis for his actions, he has decided that we are an imperial nation similar to that his father lived under in Kenya under the British. His father did well enough, he attended the best colleges in the U.S., found an American wife had a child and abandoned them to go drink with his buddies in Kenya eventually dying in a car accident leaving the bar. To me his dreams were those of an Anarchist rather than those of a patriot of Kenya.

Now Hillary, that’s a totally different story, scandals have followed the Clintons for decades but their power and money has always got them off. Clinton claims to be a champion of the little guy and of women, wow where to begin? She has never done anything that didn’t have a price tag. From her bragging about getting the rapist of a 12 year old girl off to the treatment of those assigned to protect her. She has been a crass self-centered power and money hungry climber since she came on the scene. The list of her achievements from White Water to drug and money laundering in Arkansas have all been a huge right wing conspiracy just out to get her and Bill, right. Her willingness to accept her husband’s known digressions and used her power to discredit the women who have dared to come forward should give you an insight to her power hungry personality. Her ability to lie at the drop of a hat like she did to the parents of the Benghazi four and to cover her email fiasco with more lies should give you a hint. Read about the people who have been close to her over the years like the Secret Service personnel that had to serve her daily. Some of them are still alive to tell their story amazingly. No I don’t hate Hillary, as a Christian it would be impossible, I do hate what she stands for and everything about her life that has been lie after lie. She will be the one who has to eventually answer to a higher authority and I really don’t envy her that final day.

America First

Your loyalty should be to America:
What does a person consider when they pick a candidate for President of the United States? Are you so party oriented that it... doesn’t matter what your candidate does or says, or are you so party oriented that you have already voted in your mind and nothing could change your opinion? I believe this is what has happened in America. We have become so divided that our flag, our credo or our rights mean nothing to so many. They have been so brainwashed that it will take a major catastrophe to change them back to believe in America first. Whether it be the Unions, either party or right or left it’s all the same. We need to come together if we want to bring this country back to the greatness that our fathers and grandfathers left us in charge of. I know I will get chastised by the far right and the far left for my opinions but it’s time they both understood one thing; the majority in this country resides near center, it always has and always will and until we make the effort to meet in that middle ground we will have turmoil and chaos. Dividing us in castes as the politician have attempted to do will lead to anarchy and be the demise of the United States of America. Did you hear the words, The United States of America? The old adage of divide and conquer has been proven over the decades yet some seem to have forgotten these principles.

It’s not a mystery that every candidate always has edged to the middle before an election, even Obama played the middle of the road card in his 2008 campaign and then veered to the left during his first term. We the middle class of this country believe in the following:
1. We believe man is responsible for his own actions and deeds.
2. Welfare is meant to be a boost up not a full time occupation capturing generation after generation in its clutches.
3. We believe in the free enterprise system (capitalism) allowing a person the freedom to a build a legal business with the least amount of interference from government. This is the greatest of all job creators, small business.
4. We believe in a fair tax system that everyone pays into based on their ability to earn. Penalizing the job creators only penalizes the job seeker.
5. We believe in tort reform to eliminate the frivolous lawsuits that tie up our court system and put the burden of paying higher prices for most items on the back of the consumers.
6. We believe that every ad produced by politicians must stand the burden of proof. False claims proven lies or twisted truths must be eliminated or the candidate must be liable for damages.
7. We believe that the so called super pacts must submit all ad’s to the candidate for approval making the candidate responsible for the content.
8. We believe all funds from unions and non-profit organizations must be held to a secret vote of the membership prior to disbursement to a candidate and these funds must be divided according to membership votes. (60/40) etc.
9. We believe in legal immigration, without immigration we will lose our diversity and wither and die as a country. To attain this we must close our borders at all cost and deport any who break or have broken our laws with criminal intent.
10. We believe that we can solve the problem with those who are already here in this country but they must not be a burden on our Social Security System or our medical system.
11. We believe that the government cannot support nationalized healthcare yet we can support a special insurance fund for those who cannot obtain healthcare due to existing health problems. Fraud in this area should be dealt with severely and harshly.
12. We believe in a commonsense approach to regulation vs personal freedoms, the Constitution is our guide and its basics are not to be interpreted in or for political gain.

We are Americans first and foremost and we will be heard. The old term of the Silent Majority is passé, and we don’t intend to be silent any longer. No politician, no union, no party will decide our vote.

Stepping back in time 7.5 years ago a young inexperienced one term Senator was elected to the office of President with little or no vetting by anyone. It was enough that he was personable, a good orator and he was black. His 1st move was to declare that he was going to close Gitmo and bring the prisoners here for trial in our justice system with all our rights of representation. When he couldn't get Congress to go along he started letting them go, releasing them to countri...es whose ability to watch them was clearly in doubt. He traded 5 of the top Al-Qaida leaders captured on the battle field for 1 deserter without Congressional approval. He instigated and forced through a Democratic House and Senate the Affordable Care Act that has caused many to lose the coverage and Doctors that they had for years. He did so without a single republican vote. He withdrew our troops from Iraq against the recommendations of our Generals causing a vacuum in the region that was soon filled by Isis and other radical groups giving them the territory that was freed with the blood of American Heroes. He has downgraded the military to a point lower than pre WWII and has spent more time trying to change the lifestyle of Americans than paying attention to the economy. Our V.A. system has been a joke to all but those who have depended on it for necessary care. His deal of all deals was the Iranian fiasco. He and Secretary Clinton and then Secretary Kerry formulated a deal to stop them from getting the nuke, in the end everyone was against the deal yet they proceeded to go through with it guarantying them a path to nuclear weapons within 5 years or sooner. We got nothing but shouts of Death to America and $150 Billion payout out of the deal. He ransomed 4 prisoners in Iran for a $400Million dollar all cash payment without approval of Congress.

These are but a few of the irrational and illegal programs he has forced through by Presidential edict. Now because he speaks his mind and talks like a real American the press and the elite Washington Establishment is trying to destroy Donald Trump. They say he is hot headed and irrational, how about he's just pissed off and fighting for our America the best way he knows. In the end the American people will have their say in the matter but it is with a press dedicated to destroy rather than report his every move. No one has been vetted more that Donald Trump, his loyalty to the people and his leadership itself makes him much more qualified than the Community Organizer he will replace. Voting for a known liar and incompetent just because she is a woman and has promised free goodies to all is insane. If she couldn't even follow direct orders as to her email and lied about it many times to the American people how do you think she will live up to her promises?

What is gender equality worth?

The world has waited for 240 years for our country to have a woman President and the best we can do is offer a known liar and unscrupulous, power hungry, scandal ridden, retread from the 60’s.  She was disbarred, discredited and caught lying to the parents of the Benghazi four.   You ask what difference does it make Hillary?  You screwed up in Libya causing thousands to die, you totally misread ridiculous Russian restart program allowing the invasion of the Ukraine allowing thousands to be displaced and hundreds to die, you supported the wrong government in Egypt and it took a revolution to clean up your mess again thousands died, your Syrian Red line in the sand approach was tragic causing more thousands to die, you advised the pull out of Iraq allowing Isis to fill the void causing more thousands to die.  You tried to help defeat the one ally we have in the Middle East, Netanyahu by funneling money to his opposition an you lied about your emails to the entire country.  I can think of hundreds of good women that are trustworthy, honest and are true patriots that it would be an honor to vote for and I would be proud doing so.  It will be the end of our system of government that has served America for generations if the people are so party driven as to vote you in as President. What has happened to the party of Truman and Roosevelt?  How have the American people been so corrupted by so few.  We have politicians like Bernie who actually called out Hillary’s crimes and flaws but then he abandoned his movement by giving into the establishment.  Bernie is a Socialist and I surely don’t cry over his demise as I spent 6 years in the Military to standup for our lifestyle and freedom against Communism and Socialism.  Our freedom surely didn’t come from Welfare, free education and big government handout policies.  It came from hard work, men dying to defend our freedom and women who put on their gloves and went to work like Rosie the Riveter.  America has a proud heritage, much too proud to dishonor the office of President for the sake of gender equality by the likes of Hillary.  Always remember the ballot that you have the freedom to cast has the blood of a million defenders on it, never allow it to be misused or abused.

God Bless America and all she stands for.

Ignorance is rampent

As I listen to the news about the Dallas shootings of Police Officers this morning I am appalled by the ignorance of the situation.  The lack of community leadership in the black community and from our own government is astonishing.  This Black Lives Matter groups rhetoric has become a poison in our society and is calling for anarchy and no one is standing up to them.  I truly believe that there are some isolated instances where Black men have been targeted but in a small minority.  I agree no one should fear the police as it breaks down everything that stands for freedom but the constant barrage of criticism coming from black leaders is poisoning the minds of the youth of the community.  The lack of education, the lack of parental involvement and the lack assimilation into the various communities breeds hatred.  When a child is left to learn from the streets without strong parental guidance they grow up with no personal responsibility nor ambition. A few escape the clutches of the drug culture that has permeated their neighborhoods and go on to productive and rewarding lives but the majority remained trapped in the ghetto that is their world.

The race bating that comes from many black leaders including this administration only leads to more animosity and less personal responsibility.  It's time for some real soul searching, it's time for each police department to clean up their own ranks and it's time for the black community to join the rest of the world.  Clean out the drugs rather than blame the police, let the process of guilt and innocence play out rather than stream into the streets with hatred.  It's time to be parents and set an example rather than take the easy way through life.  Any child under 17 should be in school getting an education, learning to escape the ghetto and it's influences.  Isolate the bad and force them out of your lives, they only survive by dragging your kids down to their level.  Stop complaining about jobs when you haven't done a single thing to make you qualified for work.  No business is going to pay you because they love you, they pay you because you return a service to them in the form of labor.  Look in the mirror first before you blame the rest of the world for your troubles.  The alternative is a life of continued desperation and very little chance for success in life.

Learning to live in a cultured society is not giving into the man, it's not becoming an Uncle Tom it is learning to enjoy the American Dream.  It's out there for you if you want it to be.  It's not easy and there will be many fails but the strong will become leaders and the community will follow your example.

Independence Day 2016

Independence Day is our birthday here in America and is a demonstration of our pride and our freedom.  As Americans whether natural born or naturalized this is our opportunity to show the world that we won’t be intimidated nor will we allow a few radicalized A..h…s to keep us from the freedoms we have earned.  This is a day to celebrate the fact that in the last 240 years we have won our independence from an oppressive King, fought to free and liberate slavery, battled to liberate and free Europe from the Nazi’s, proudly reacted and fought bravely to support our South East Asia Defense Agreements in Korea and Viet Nam.  With very few casualties destroyed the dreaded Iraqi brigades of Sadam Hussein when they invaded a friendly nation. The battles we now face are not of our doing yet our will and our fierce independent spirit will not allow any enemy foreign or domestic, Religious or Atheist to dominate our society.  We as Americans will not be cowed into submission and we surely won’t hesitate to defend our freedom by any means necessary.  A warning to those who would misjudge our ability to come together and destroy any entity that threatens our independence, what makes America great is the fact that we face battle not with the hope of dying to meet our God, we face battle to live and to build a better world for all to live in.  We face battle to make a safe place for our children and loved ones yet to come.  We face battle with a normal fear in our hearts but with the ferocity of a mother lion protecting her pride.  We now have a State to name as our enemy a self-proclaimed Caliphate that wants to take the world back to the 6th century when this battle began.  Don’t be fooled, you hear that Americans are tired of war but understand we are not too tired to fight for our freedom and to preserve our way of life.   God Bless America and all those who defend her honor.

Happy Fathers Day

To all the Dads out there who take their responsibility seriously and with love, I hope you have a great Fathers Day.  Dads should be the heroes in the lives of their children as well as their chief supporter in all their endeavors.  The years go by swiftly and one day you wake up and they are gone, off to raise their own.  Make the best out of each day and you will never have regrets.  I wish someone would have given me this advice 50 years ago when I thought my main job was basically financial support for the family.  Thankfully my family is intact and a loving one that cares deeply for each other, a goal any man would love.  Thank you Jan for all your loving support, even when I didn’t always deserve the title of Father of the Year.
