Independence Day 2016

Independence Day is our birthday here in America and is a demonstration of our pride and our freedom.  As Americans whether natural born or naturalized this is our opportunity to show the world that we won’t be intimidated nor will we allow a few radicalized A..h…s to keep us from the freedoms we have earned.  This is a day to celebrate the fact that in the last 240 years we have won our independence from an oppressive King, fought to free and liberate slavery, battled to liberate and free Europe from the Nazi’s, proudly reacted and fought bravely to support our South East Asia Defense Agreements in Korea and Viet Nam.  With very few casualties destroyed the dreaded Iraqi brigades of Sadam Hussein when they invaded a friendly nation. The battles we now face are not of our doing yet our will and our fierce independent spirit will not allow any enemy foreign or domestic, Religious or Atheist to dominate our society.  We as Americans will not be cowed into submission and we surely won’t hesitate to defend our freedom by any means necessary.  A warning to those who would misjudge our ability to come together and destroy any entity that threatens our independence, what makes America great is the fact that we face battle not with the hope of dying to meet our God, we face battle to live and to build a better world for all to live in.  We face battle to make a safe place for our children and loved ones yet to come.  We face battle with a normal fear in our hearts but with the ferocity of a mother lion protecting her pride.  We now have a State to name as our enemy a self-proclaimed Caliphate that wants to take the world back to the 6^th century when this battle began.  Don’t be fooled, you hear that Americans are tired of war but understand we are not too tired to fight for our freedom and to preserve our way of life.   God Bless America and all those who defend her honor.
