BEST SUMMATION OF BARACK AND MICHELLE OBAMA EVER! (Mychal Massie is a respected writer and talk show host in Los Angeles .) The other evening on my twitter, a person asked me why I didn't like the Obama's. Specifically I was asked: "I have to ask, why do you hate the Obama's? It seems personal, not policy related. You even dissed (disrespect) their Christmas family picture." The truth is I do not like the Obamas, what they represent, their ideology, and I certainly do not like his policies and legislation. I've made no secret of my contempt for the Obamas. As I responded to the person who asked me the aforementioned question, I don't like them because they are committed to the fundamental change of my/our country into what can only be regarded as a Communist state. I don't hate them per definition, but I condemn them because they are the worst kind of racialists, they are elitist Leninists with contempt for traditional America . They display disrespect for the sanctity of the office he holds, and for those who are willing to admit same, Michelle Obama's raw contempt for white America is transpicuous. I don't like them because they comport themselves as emperor and empress. I expect, no I demand respect, for the Office of President, and a love of our country and her citizens, from the leader entrusted with the governance of same. President and Mrs. Reagan displayed an unparalleled love for the country and her people. The Reagan's made Americans feel good about themselves and about what we could accomplish. His arrogance by appointing 32 leftist czars and constantly bypassing congress is impeachable. Eric Holder is probably the MOST incompetent and arrogant DOJ head to ever hold the job. Could you envision President Reagan instructing his Justice Department to act like jack-booted thugs? Presidents are politicians and all politicians are known and pretty much expected to manipulate the truth, if not outright lie, but even using that low standard, the Obama's have taken lies, dishonesty, deceit, mendacity, subterfuge and obfuscation to new depths. They are verbally abusive to the citizenry, and they display an animus for civility. I do not like them, because they both display bigotry overtly, as in the case of Harvard Professor Louis Gates, when he accused the Cambridge Police of acting stupidly, and her code speak pursuant to now being able to be proud of America . I view that statement and that mind set as an insult to those who died to provide a country where a Kenyan, his illegal alien relatives, and his alleged progeny, could come and not only live freely, but rise to the highest, most powerful, position in the world. Michelle Obama is free to hate and disparage whites because Americans of every description paid with their blood to ensure her right to do that. I have a saying, that "the only reason a person hides things, is because they have something to hide." No president in history has spent over a million dollars to keep his records and his past sealed. And what the two of them have shared has been proven to be lies. He lied about when and how they met, he lied about his mother's death and problems with insurance, Michelle lied to a crowd pursuant to nearly $500,000 bank stocks they inherited from his family. He has lied about his father's military service, about the civil rights movement, ad nausea. He lied to the world about the Supreme Court in a State of the Union address. He berated and publicly insulted a sitting Congressman. He has surrounded himself with the most rabidly, radical, socialist academicians today. He opposed rulings that protected women and children that even Planned Parenthood did not seek to support. He is openly hostile to business and aggressively hostile to Israel . His wife treats being the First Lady as her personal American Express Black Card (arguably the most prestigious credit card in the world). I condemn them because, as people are suffering, losing their homes, their jobs, their retirements, he and his family are arrogantly showing off their life of entitlement - as he goes about creating and fomenting class warfare. I don't like them, and I neither apologize nor retreat from my public condemnation of them and of his policies. We should condemn them for the disrespect they show our people, for his willful and unconstitutional actions pursuant to obeying the Constitutional parameters he is bound by, and his willful disregard for Congressional authority. Dislike for them has nothing to do with the color of their skin; it has everything to do with their behavior, attitudes, and policies. And I have open scorn for their constantly playing the race card. I could go on, but let me conclude with this. I condemn in the strongest possible terms the media for refusing to investigate them, as they did President Bush and President Clinton, and for refusing to label them for what they truly are. There is no scenario known to man, whereby a white president and his wife could ignore laws, flaunt their position, and lord over the people, as these two are permitted out of fear for their color. As I wrote in a syndicated column titled, "Nero In The White House" - "Never in my life, inside or outside of politics, have I witnessed such dishonesty in a political leader. He is the most mendacious political figure I have ever witnessed. Even by the low standards of his presidential predecessors, his narcissistic, contumacious arrogance is unequaled. Using Obama as the bar, Nero would have to be elevated to sainthood. Many in America wanted to be proud when the first person of color was elected president, but instead, they have been witness to a congenital liar, a woman who has been ashamed of America her entire life, failed policies, intimidation, and a commonality hitherto not witnessed in political leaders. He and his wife view their life at our expense as an entitlement - while America 's people go homeless, hungry and unemployed. Please resend to all your address book. America has to wake up before it is too late.

The municipality of Dorval was right to refuse any concessions to Islam and Sharia.

“For Muslims who disagree with secularism and do not feel comfortable in Canada , there are 57 beautiful Muslim countries in the world, most of them under-populated and ready to receive them with open halal arms in accordance with Shariah.

“If you left your country for Canada , and not for other Muslim countries, it is because you have considered that life is better in Canada than elsewhere.

“Ask yourself the question, just once, “Why is it better here in Canada than where you come from?”

Canada  certainly has the right take on this, I wish I could say the same for the US. But we seem to be bent on going down the same destructive path that most of Europe has/is.  Just last week in the news there was an article about  a restaurant in the East that stopped serving bacon because one Muslim Woman was offended that it was listed on the menu. WTF ????

Veterans Day 2014

Tuesday is Veterans Day, just what does that mean?  To have served in the military is an honor that anyone who has done so understands.  It doesn’t matter if you were drafted or volunteered, you were there to be counted and you learned about sacrifice and humility.  You found out that you were just one small insignificant part of a great team but that the team only worked if each part did their job.  You may have been asked to risk your life or even take the life of another and then just as suddenly go back to being just an average person, a guy or girl taking their kids to a little league game.  On Veterans Day you don’t think about yourself, you think about your buddies who became your family, you think about those who have passed on.  You never out live your pledge to our Country and our Constitution, ask most Vet’s and they will tell you they’re ready if needed.   

Rattlesnake logic

Don't know who wrote this but I certainly agree with their concept. As long as we insist on maintaining the "moral high ground" we will NEVER win the war on terrorism! We're in a conflict in which we absolutely INSIST in “playing by the rules” against a maniacal groups “who have NO rules”! Rattlesnake Logic.... After the Boston bombing the news media spent days and weeks trying to determine why these men did what they did. They want to know what America did(!) to make these brothers so angry with us. They want to know why these men were not arrested before they did something so terrible. The media is in a tizzy about this new era of homegrown radicals and about why and how they can live among us and still hate us. A friend of mine from Texas explained it all to me: “Here in west Texas, I have rattlesnakes on my place, living among us. I have killed a rattlesnake on the front porch. I have killed a rattlesnake on the back porch. I have killed rattlesnakes in the barn, in the shop and on the driveway. In fact, I kill every rattlesnake I encounter. I kill rattlesnakes because I know a rattlesnake will bite me and inject me with poison. I don’t stop to wonder WHY a rattlesnake will bite me; I know it WILL bite me because it's a rattlesnake and that's what rattlesnakes do. I don’t try to reason with a rattlesnake or have a "meaningful dialogue" with it…I just kill it. I don’t try to get to know the rattlesnake better so I can find a way to live with the rattlesnakes and convince them not to bite me. I just kill them. I don’t quiz a rattlesnake to see if I can find out where the other snakes are, because (a) it won’t tell me and (b) I already know they live on my place. So, I just kill the rattlesnake and move on to the next one. I don’t look for ways I might be able to change the rattlesnake to a non-poisonous rat snake...I just kill it. Oh, and on occasion, I accidentally kill a rat snake because I thought it was a rattlesnake at the time. Also, I know for every rattlesnake I kill, two more are lurking out there in the brush. In my lifetime I will never be able to rid my place of rattlesnakes. Do I fear them? Not really. Do I respect what they can do to me and my family? Yes!! And because of that respect, I give them the fair justice they deserve....I kill them...  As a country, we should start giving more thought to the fact that these jihadists' are telling the world their goal is to kill Americans and destroy our way of life. They have just posted two graphic videos on the internet showing them beheading Americans. They are serious. They are exactly like rattlesnakes. It is high time for us to start acting accordingly! It will be interesting to see what they put in Obama's "Presidential Library" about his early years.  It's unbelievable that in a country where we take notice of many, many facets of our public figures' lives, there's so little we know about our current president, Barack Obama.  For example, we know that Andrew Jackson 's wife smoked a corn cob pipe and was accused of adultery; Abe Lincoln never went to school; Jack Kennedy wore a back brace; Harry Truman played the piano. As Americans, we enjoy knowing details about our newsmakers, but none of us know one single humanizing fact about the history of our own president. We are all aware of the lack of uncontestable birth records for Obama --  that document-managing has been spectacularly successful.  There are however several conflicting oddities in Obama's history that appear to have been just as well managed as the birthing issue. One other interesting thing. There are NO birth certificates of his daughters that can be found.  It's also interesting that no one who ever dated him has spoken up (boy or girl). The charisma that caused women to be drawn to him so strongly during his campaign certainly would -- in the normal course of events -- lead some lady to come forward, if only to garner some attention for herself. We all know about JFK's magnetism, that McCain was no monk and quite a few details about Palin's courtship and even her athletic prowess Joe Biden's aneurisms are no secret; look at Cheney and Clinton, we all know about their heart problems. Certainly Wild Bill Clinton's exploits before and during his White House years, were well known. That's why it's so odd that not one lady has stepped up and said, "He was soooo shy..." or "What a great dancer!" It's virtually impossible to know anything about this fellow.  Who was the best man at his wedding? Start there. Then check groomsmen. Then get the footage of the graduation ceremony. Has anyone talked to the professors? It is odd that no one is bragging that they knew him or taught him or shared a dorm-room with him or ate in the cafeteria with him.  When did he meet Michele? And how? Are there photos there? Every president gives to the public all their photos, etc. for their library, etc. What has he released? And who in hell voted for him to be the most popular man in 2010? This must make you wonder !!!   Why has no one ever come forward from President Obama's past saying they knew him, attended school with him, was his friend, etc?? Not one person has ever come forward from his past. It certainly is very, very strange... This should be a cause for great concern. To those who voted for him, you may have elected an unqualified, inexperienced, shadow man. Have you ever seen thea movie named "The Manchurian Candidate"? As insignificant as each of us might be, someone we went to school will remember our name or face; someone will remember we were the clown or the dork or the brain or the quiet one or the bully . . . something about us! George Stephanopoulos of ABC News said the same thing during the 2008 campaign. He questioned why no one has acknowledged the president, was in their classroom, or ate in the same cafeteria or made impromptu speeches on campus. Stephanopoulos also was a classmate of Obama at Columbia -- the class of 1984. He says he never had a single class with him. He is such a great orator; why doesn't anyone in Obama's college class remember him? Why won't he allow Columbia to release his records?  NOBODY remembers Obama at Columbia University .... Looking for some evidence of Obama's past, Fox News contacted 400 Columbia University students from the period when Obama claims to have been there... but not one remembered him. Wayne Allyn Root was, like Obama, a political science major at Columbia who also graduated in 1983. In 2008, Root says of Obama, "I don't know a single person at Columbia that knew him, yet they all know me. I don't have one classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia." Nobody recalls him. Root adds that he was also, like Obama, Class of '83 Political Science, and says, "You don't get more exact or closer than that. I never met him in my life, don't know anyone who ever met him. At the class reunion, our 20th reunion five years ago, who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me. No one ever heard of Barack!  And five years ago, nobody even knew who he was. The guy who writes the class notes, who's kind of -- as we say in New York -- 'the macha' who knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a human being, who ever met him." Obama's photograph does not appear in the school's yearbook and Obama consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia , provide school records, or provide the name of any former classmates or friends while at Columbia. Eerily strange?  And there are more interesting questions: Why was Obama's law license inactivated in 2002? It is said there is NO record of him ever taking the Bar exam.  Why was Michelle's law license inactivated by court order? We understand that the inactivation was forced to avoid fraud charges.  It is circulating that according to the U.S. Census, there is only one Barack Obama but 27 Social Security numbers and over 80 aliases connected to him.  The Social Security number he uses now originated in Connecticut where he is never reported to have lived. And was originally registered to another Man (Thomas Louis Wood) from Connecticut , who died in Hawaii while on vacation there As we all know Social Security Numbers are only issued once, they cannot be "reused." Last but not least, why would a self-proclaimed "transparent" president have all his records sealed? Somewhere, someone had to know him in school...before he "reorganized" Chicago & burst upon the scene at the 2004 Democratic Convention.  What is that fishy smell? Unknown writer

Last Lead smelting plant - gone! ! ! The Doe Run Lead plant is right here in Missouri and yes, it is closing due to over regulated EPA rulings. Save your lead!! All lead for bullets will have to come from overseas! This move will also make the cost 100 LL (100 low lead aviation fuel) UNAFFORDABLE. Approximately 2g of lead is added to each gallon of aviation fuel! There are numerous alarming reasons why the US government and the military have been buying up all the ammo. Here's one of them. Obama and the EPA just shut down the last lead smelting plant in the US . They raised the EPA regulations by 10 fold and it would have cost the plant $100 million to comply. You can own all the guns you want, but if you can't get ammo, you are out of luck. Remember when Obama promised his minions that he was working on gun control behind the scenes? Welcome to it. Now, all domestic mined lead ore will have to be shipped overseas, refined and then shipped back to the US .. Not only will ammo now be even harder to come by, the demand and the process of supply will cause the price to skyrocket even more. And ponder this . There is an excellent chance that Obama will rig the market to where all ammo has to be purchased from a government entity instituting de facto ammo registration. So much for the Second Amendment. There has not been a peep about this in the major news outlets and it is done. With the US no longer producing lead, all supplies will now have to come from China, Australia or Peru, with the overwhelming emphasis on China. More redistribution of wealth; more economic and liberty crippling of the US on tap. The idiots at the EPA (evil protection agency) had this to say: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said the company "made a business decision" to shut down the smelter instead of installing pollution control technologies needed to reduce sulfur dioxide and lead emissions as required by the Clean Air Act. The Doe Run Co. announced last year that it had dropped plans to build a new lead processing facility in Herculaneum that would have used a new, cleaner lead production technology. The company cited the $100 million project as too financially risky. The EPA is playing Mafioso I guess - we didn't make them shut down, they made a business decision. In other words, they couldn't pay the extortion, so the thugs shut them down. But Marxists will do or die and are doubling down on the destruction of energy in America, our way of life and the Constitution. The smelting plant has known since 2010 this was coming. They couldn't stop it and no one else rose up to stop it either. The business had been in production for 120 years and now goes the way of our auto industry. The military's obsession with ammo was related to security and supply. They knew this was coming too, so they bought up all they could get before the plug was pulled. Screw the average American. It's as Chris Muir said, he's not as worried about where the bullets will come from, as much as how the government will deliver them and I'm right there with him on that one. So, back door gun control is moving forward and while we are all distracted with shiny stuff, our Second Amendment rights are just about gone. Obama is one Marxist dictator who is savvy at political chess. He has flanked the Second Amendment. Now it's our move. One of the “pundits” I follow who usually makes sense is Dennis Miller (not O’Reilly’s buddy – whom I also enjoy). The Miller I refer to today is a regular on caseyresearch.com. Here’s that Miller talking about something Ben Bernanke recently said:

 

"In a nutshell, Bernanke refers to seniors and savers as ‘collateral damage.’ He was quoted as saying the government and banks have saved over $2 trillion in interest since the first TARP bill, at the expense of seniors and savers. To me that is not the real collateral damage, that is a loss of an income opportunity, much of which may have been replaced by putting our capital at risk.  The real collateral damage is going to come when the stock and bond markets collapse and seniors and savers who are not careful are going to see their life savings drop by 40-50%.  The irreplaceable loss of capital is going to be the big collateral damage, and one the Fed probably never thought about, but will be absolutely responsible for." -Dennis Miller

 

Me again. Why would I care about Bernanke or Miller’s words? Simply, I’m one of those guys who Ben refers to as “collateral damage.” I’m a senior but thanks to our government, not much of a saver any more. Who in our middle class has anything left over at month’s end to save?

 

So Miller said above, “… much of which may have been replaced by putting our capital at risk.” I’m afraid he lost me with that one. O.F.s that have been retired for years once put their money in CDs, T-bills and bonds, stuff like that. When I retired, thirty-year Treasuries were paying nearly 8%. CDs weren’t far below that, slowly sliding down to maybe 5%. Today, try to find a safe place to put it for 1%. Thirty year Treasuries aren't quite 3% and -- let's see -- they'll mature when I'm pushing a hundred and tw ... Wow! Forget it!

If our government’s plan is to bring a dead stop to “independent” seniors, they’re going about it the right way. Take this hypothetical case. Herman and Maude retired in 1985 with $900 a month in Social Security (between them). They had saved $200,000 and had it invested fifty-fifty between a 30-year Treasury at 8.25% and two CDs at 5.75%. Their monthly income would have been $1,587.50 a month: $19,050 a year. That would have been the equivalent of $42,110. this year. Herman and Maude didn’t have any big debts, so for several years they “lived the good life.” That is, until around 2009 ...

 

Today Herman and Maude are getting some $1,300 a month from Social Security and only about $266. a month interest from their $200,000 life savings.

 

With a total annual income of $18,800, and now in their 90s, Herman and Maude have joined the 16% of older Americans who are living in extreme poverty. Our fictional couple are reluctant to starve to death, so are dipping into savings each month, but they’re getting feeble and in need of assistance with their everyday activities. An assisted living facility is looming and they are very expensive.

  

So let’s see what's in store for this old couple who worked hard, paid their own way, never taking a penny they didn't earn. Their living expenses are about to jump dramatically, their capital assets are being used up, further reducing their meager interest-income. The government is eyeballing their Social Security, now claiming it is some form of government assistance (though Herman and Maude, together with their employers, paid substantially into it all their working lives).

 

And our president has the gall to claim, “Without equivocation we are better off than when I took office!"

 

As John Wayne said, “Anything is possible when you’re willing to lie.”

Lies seem to become truths if they are repeated enough

Diogenes could have spent two lifetimes in Washington, gone through thousands of gallons of oil, millions of lamp-wicks, and never found even one honest man.

Yesterday I wrote my grandkids (the youngest is 26, the rest are over 30) a 5-page “mini rant” briefly outlining what’s going on in the world and what they should do about it. Somewhere in there I felt the need to explain that of the worst things we could do back in my childhood was LIE! A man’s word was his bond. To impeach his word was to invite a demand of “satisfaction” with an epee or a six-gun.

It seems like every five minutes I hear something out of our White house that makes me want to kick the wall and shout bad words. Peggy Noonan says that the only people in Washington who tell the truth these days are whistleblowers. I’m even becoming skeptical of them.

Obama said, "Over the past five years we've cut our deficits by more than half. When I took office, the deficit was nearly 10 percent of our economy. Today, it's approaching 3 percent." That guy just opens his mouth and lies tumble out!

And he’s got a bunch of hench-people in the media that help expand on his lies. This week The Daily Beast said the deficit is down two-thirds from its peak in 2009. That is a @#$%* LIE!

The government’s fiscal year ended on September 30^th. Google the phrase "debt to the penny" and you’ll be directed to a Treasury Department page that allows you to enter specific dates and find out to the penny the size of the federal debt for any given period.

Enter the period Sept. 30, 2013 to Sept. 30, 2014 and you’ll find:

The public debt outstanding at the end of FY2013 was $16,738,183,526,697.

One year later it was $17,824,071,380,733.82. The DEBT INCREASE was $1,085,887,854,036. -- No matter how you spin it!

The deficit grew by more than one trillion dollars!

Whether lying by reference, omission or compulsion, lying is still lying. One example was those Clinton-era budget surpluses. The national debt actually grew each one of those years. But money was "borrowed" from the Social Security Trust Fund instead of from the public, which created the illusion that the budget was in surplus.

The 24-day period until the November election should be nicknamed “Liars’ Marathon.” Boy, we’re going to hear some beauties out of the White House. The sad part is, many gullible voters will believe ‘em.

Here is a little history, including how the term ‘Leatherneck’ came to be.

Most Americans are unaware of the fact that over two hundred years ago,the United States had declared war on Islam, and Thomas Jefferson led the charge!

At the height of the eighteenth century, Muslim pirates were the terror of the Mediterranean and a large area of the North Atlantic. They attacked every ship in sight, and held the crews for exorbitant ransoms. Those taken hostage were subjected to barbaric treatment and wrote heart breaking letters home, begging their government and family members to pay whatever their Mohammedan captors demanded.

These extortionists of the high seas represented the Islamic nations of Tripoli, Tunis, Morocco, and Algiers – collectively referred to as the Barbary Coast – and presented a dangerous and unprovoked threat to the new American Republic.

Before the Revolutionary War, U.S. merchant ships had been under the protection of Great Britain. When the U.S. declared its independence and entered into war, the ships of the United States were protected by France. However, once the war was won, America had to protect its own fleets. Thus, the birth of the U.S. Navy.

Beginning in 1784, seventeen years before he would become president, Thomas Jefferson became America’s Minister to France. That same year, the U.S. Congress sought to appease its Muslim adversaries by following in
the footsteps of European nations who paid bribes to the Barbary States, rather than engaging them in war.

In July of 1785, Algerian pirates captured American ships, and the Day of Algiers demanded an unheard-of ransom of $60,000. It was a plain and simple case of extortion, and Thomas Jefferson was vehemently opposed to any further payments. Instead, he proposed to Congress the formation of acoalition of allied nations who together could force the Islamic states into peace. A disinterested Congress decided to pay the ransom.

In 1786, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams met with Tripoli’s ambassador to Great Britain to ask by what right his nation attacked American ships and enslaved American citizens, and why Muslims held so much hostility towards America, a nation with which they had no previous contacts.

The two future presidents reported that Ambassador Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja had answered that Islam "was founded on the Laws of their Prophet, that it was written in their Quran, that all nations who should not have
acknowledged their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as Prisoners, and that every Musselman (Muslim) who should be slain in Battle was sure to go to Paradise."

Despite this stunning admission of premeditated violence on non-Muslim nations, as well as the objections of many notable American leaders, including George Washington, who warned that caving in was both wrong and would only further embolden the enemy, for the following fifteen years, the American government paid the Muslims millions of dollars for the safe passage of American ships or the return of American hostages. The payments in ransom and tribute amounted to over twenty percent of the United States government annual revenues in 1800.

Jefferson was disgusted. Shortly after his being sworn in as the third President of the United States in 1801, the Pashaof Tripoli sent him a note demanding the immediate payment of $225,000 plus $25,000 a year for every year forthcoming. That changed everything.

Jefferson let the Pasha know, in no uncertain terms, what he could do with his demand. The Pasha responded by cutting down the flagpole at the American consulate and declared war on the United States. Tunis, Morocco, and Algiers immediately followed suit.

Jefferson, until now, had been against America raising a naval force for anything beyond coastal defense, but having watched his nation be cowed by Islamic thuggery for long enough, decided that it was finally time to meet force with force.

He dispatched a squadron of frigates to the Mediterranean and taught the Muslim of the Barbary Coast a lesson he hoped they would never forget. Congress authorized Jefferson to empower U.S. ships to seize all vessels and
goods of the Pasha of Tripoli and to “cause to be done all other acts of precaution or hostility as the state of war would justify”.

When Algiers and Tunis, who were both accustomed to American cowardice and acquiescence, saw the newly independent United States had both the will and the might to strike back, they quickly abandoned their allegiance to Tripoli.

The war with Tripoli lasted for four more years, and raged up again in 1815. The bravery of the U.S. Marine
Corps in these wars led to the line “to the shores of Tripoli” in the Marine Hymn. They would forever be known as “leathernecks” for the leather collars of their uniforms, designed to prevent their heads from
being cut off by the Muslim scimitars when boarding enemy ships.

Islam, and what its Barbary followers justified doing in the name of their prophet and their god, disturbed Jefferson quite deeply. America had a tradition of religious tolerance, the fact that Jefferson, himself, had co-authored the Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom, but fundamentalist Islam was like no other religion
the world had ever seen. A religion based on supremacism, whose holy book not only condoned but mandated violence against unbelievers was unacceptable to him. His greatest fear was that someday this brand of Islam would return and pose an even greater threat to the United States.

This should bother every American. That the Islams have brought about women-only classes and swimming times at
taxpayer-funded universities and public pools; that Christians, Jews, and Hindus have been banned from serving on juries where Muslim defendants are being judged, Piggy banks and Porky Pig tissue dispensers
have been banned from workplaces because they offend Islamist sensibilities. Ice cream has been discontinued at certain Burger King locations because the picture on the wrapper looks similar to the Arabic script for Allah, public schools are pulling pork from their menus, on and on in the news papers….

It’s death by a thousand cuts, or inch-by-inch as some refer to it, and most Americans have no idea that this battle is being waged every day across America. By not fighting back, by allowing groups to obfuscate
what is really happening, and not insisting that the Islamists adapt to our own culture, the United States is cutting its own throat with a politically correct knife, and helping to further the Islamists agenda.

Sadly, it appears that today’s America would rather be politically correct than victorious.

Let us win the war

             I understand the general public’s attitude in regards to their feelings about ground troops in the Middle East especially with the constant drone of the liberal press.  I also understand the warriors in our military who feel that for two generations we have allowed the politicians to handicap their ability to win.  This air war that we have entered into will go on for years without installing good old American ground troops into the area to rout out the cowards that hide behind women and children.  If you ask the troops they will be happy to do the job but only with the understanding that enough of them would be deployed to overwhelm the enemy.  With our air power and the ability of our Soldiers and Marines in mass, this conflict would go extremely fast and with the least amount of casualties.  Politicians should stay out of the way once war has been declared and allow the military leaders to decide policy and the rules of engagement.   Declare war and get out of the way.    

A letter from a triple amputee Green Beret to our government

I know few will read this long disertation in its entirety but I send it along as a Veteran supporting the thoughts and prayers of a fellow Vet.: Don

 I write to you today regarding my concerns about the current state in which we find our beloved planet and your efforts in resolving the many issues we face.Over the last decade, we have managed to allow our mighty position at the head of the table to dwindle down to a seat at the kids table, with our counsel being received as if it were that of a child making a suggestion on how to cure the world of evil: everyone thinks it is adorable, but no one takes it seriously.

To put it politely, you all are about as successful in global politics as an overweight middle-aged American with a severe case of tetanus trying to perform fellatio on himself.

Understanding that you have the attention span of indigenous forces undergoing rifle training, I give you the options of either reading this letter in its entirety or simply skipping to the last two paragraphs.

Sadly, you neither get the reference about indigenous forces (ask your college educated SMEs and think tanks) nor are you capable of making a decision on what to do next. Go ahead and post a tweet asking for thoughts/advice and hashtag this out with the others. #hashtaggingworldproblemsisabsurd #noseriouslystopit #itisridiculousandembarrassing You have time, this letter will still be here.
Due your ineptitude in your decisions with regard to who we back with foreign aid, and your complete lack of a spine in dealing with global threats, we find ourselves, for the first time in ages, being looked at with eyes filled with disdain and disrespect.

The mere mention of ‘America’ leaves a bad taste in the mouths of our friends and allies. The prospects of being saved by our once-great nation are now nothing more than a fleeting thought in the hearts and minds of Third World Country natives who dream of a life with fewer hardships than ones they currently face—hardships that could be vanquished by the hands of a great nation and its allies.
We have entered into a time in which it is not only possible to spread one’s hate filled rhetoric, it is also actually profitable and protected. Your understanding and misinterpretations of our founding freedoms are being used and twisted to further your own political agendas without any consideration for the people you are meant to represent.

Your understanding (or lack thereof) of our Constitution contributes to the complete madness of a country that is run where someone’s rights to desecrate the flag that represents these very freedoms is more important than the patriotic peoples who stand to protect it. Allowing people to lose houses or be fined for flying the American flag on their property due to it offending someone or being against a housing covenants is beyond ludicrous. It’s both absurd and frightening. These are just a few examples of countless rights that are being used to tear the very fabric of which this country is founded.

You see, all of you have forgotten the very key that makes this country work. You fight for one’s freedoms to express their beliefs regardless of where their loyalties lie. Using our very own founding documents, you argue that it is ones right to speak and act freely on their beliefs, regardless of their view of this great nation.

For fear of offending someone to pure political motivations, you stand up for the very people that wish to tear you down. What you, as well as most Americans have forgotten is this: Those individual rights end where others begin! It may be ones right to protest a certain religions display or another’s stance on certain political views, however, it is also the others right to display and have those stand points.

If one is offended by a shirt displayed with an image of a gun, a flag of our nation, a statue representing their faith in their chosen religion or any other example; that is their right to be offended and speak out. However, it is the others right to wear that shirt, fly that flag, display that statue or whatever else they wish to do. Freedom cannot be one-sided. The complete madness of political correctness is overwhelming.

You have stripped away our 1st Amendment rights by disguising it as political correctness and making the very people that make this country great afraid of offending any and everyone. I use these examples in our own country as the catalyst that has spawned our current position on the global stage.
Through political motivation or just complete incompetence, your methods of governing our country have clouded your views and thought processes for helping forge a united world. We stand at the table, with weak knees and shivering hands. Our word as a nation holding as much weight as that of our President doing curls in the gym. We have all seen the video…We live in a world where you can contest our very lands with flyovers without consequence. A world where one can sweep through two entire countries, massacring everyone along the way with no fear repercussions. One where sanctions and empty threats are wielded as a mighty sword against the very enemies that threaten our existence. You fail to see that in today’s world, the pen is not mightier than the sword.

You have demonstrated this time and time again over the last 13 years. Take Afghanistan for example. Politics alone have been the source of Taliban resurgence. How could this be? Let me school you. In 2001, a mixture of CIA, Special Forces and other Special Operations Forces (SOF), in very limited numbers, swept through the entire country of Afghanistan, demolishing the Taliban forces that stood in its way. Thinking that the back had been broken, we backed off and brought more and more ground forces in the country.

As time went on, more and more troops arrived and operational control was taken away from the Special Operations types, to make way for conventional commands. Along with this came more and more restricted Rules of Engagement.Fast forward to 2006. Following more political moves and further NATO control, we found ourselves in an Afghanistan where the freedom of movement for the insurgents is unprecedented in Operation Enduring Freedom—a freedom of movement that not only limits NATO troops ground movements, but also has even the hardest of SOF elements avoiding a drive into Kandahar City. So, NATO asked the US to help. Enter into the timeline, Operation Medusa.

US Special Forces demolished the insurgent forces to the point that insurgent operations in the entire country dropped. The morale of the insurgents also dropped to an all time low, the grounds upon which the new Afghan Government stands, are once again sturdy. Now, fast forward to present day…
What has happened? Are the insurgents in Afghanistan fleeing and backs broken? Far from it. All of this due to your politics. The war effort drawn down to a near standstill due to more and more pointless commands and approval process. All, in which serve to help some pointless commander to further his career and push some pointless political agenda.

You see, the current world in which we find ourselves isn’t one that can be tamed by the pen. The evils of the world find protection behind the shield of your politics. This is due to one simple fact. You have no clue how to play this game. You listen and make decisions based of your Subject Matter Experts who read about war in a book. You base your strategies on the opinions of ‘Think Tanks’ and conventional wisdom. The answers to these problems being spoken by the men on the ground only to be silenced by ‘yes men’. Due to this, you will continue to fail.

Not only will you fail in Afghanistan, you will fail in bringing peace and security back into this world. All of these failures will be caused by you because of one simple factor: none of you have the intestinal fortitude to do what is necessary. You will use your own misguided experiences and delusions gained in your failures in governing our own country as the grounds on which you base your strategies. But understand this, you can’t defeat evil with butterflies and rainbows. And you sure as hell can’t do it with pens and empty words.

Face it, for the most part, our Foreign Policy is a joke and your efforts on the global stage are nothing short of pathetic. Not going into the fact that you all are voted in for the people by the people to do a job, a job in which you are failing. At least you all aren’t receiving a ridiculous paycheck and benefits package for providing a public service. oh wait…

Our saving grace is that there are still a handful of you that will find this, as frustrating as it is, accurate and motivating. But, then again, if that was the case, then we wouldn’t find ourselves in this situation. Oh the conundrum. We have faith in our abilities as a nation. We have faith in our abilities in unconventional war as well as faith in our ability to destroy the current threats to the world given the freedoms and support required to do so.

So, I write to you today calling you out. You have failed. It is time to hand that Capri Sun and straw over before you put your eye out. You’ve been poking at that hole for some time now. You gave it your best lil buddies, but it’s time. Pull those trainers up around your waist, latch down the Velcro, and watch how real men fight wars.

It is time to unleash the hounds. You have had over a decade of war filled with warriors that would gladly step up and fight. These former service members are battle hardened and ready. More importantly, they understand the game. We stand at the gates, waiting to smite all that is evil in this world. You will not defeat the current evils in this world by playing your political chess games because it is spreading at an alarming rate. Unleash us. Back us. Stand behind us.

History has shown us that evil is only successful when the righteous stand aside and do nothing. Let us show the world that it will not tolerate the likes of ISIS or Boko Haram. That there most certainly are repercussions for committing atrocities. Justice will come to them swift and brutal. Step aside and let us do what is necessary! We stand ready!”

That’s definitely going to sting a little. This Green Beret is absolutely spot on.
It’s time for the spineless politicians in office to do their job to keep this country safe, and that starts with coming out and acknowledging who your enemy is, not playing these silly political correctness games with the acronym of terror groups beheading people and persecuting religious minorities.
Strong and swift action must be taken immediately to shut down ISIS, and that means airstrikes and ground troops. If action isn’t taken soon, the Islamic State will eventually carry out a successful attack killing hundreds, possibly thousands of Americans.

Lets win for a change

How can we win in the Middle East.  It will take unfettered ground troops with strategy to win not being held to political correctness.  Using a combination of American troops and unrelenting airpower to overwhelm and collapse their command centers.  When a town is taken the people are invited out to vote on the disposition of the captured enemy once and for all.  As the battle ends in each village and town, bring in the CB’S to rebuild the infra structure and put the town back together and let the people elect new local governments.  It’s time to treat terror with terror.

 I have no doubt that man for man our military can out gun, out run and out smart any terrorist army they face if the reigns of political strategy are cut & they are allowed to fight like our troops were allowed to in WWII.  For too long our politicians have throttled any opportunity for our military to win with their impossible to follow, rules of engagement.  When our military is asked to risk their lives they deserve the right to be able to have the opportunity to win.  Ask any Warrior and they will tell you that we have more losses due to these rules of engagement than anything else.  The idea that we have to play by strict rules & the enemy doesn’t even understand our rules is ridiculous.
