Constitutional Congress

 

Is it time for a Constitutional Congress to meet and decide our fate?  I believe it takes 2/3 of the States to call for a Constitutional Congress.  We would do this to make Amendments to our Constitution or amend any of the existing Amendments.  This would take the Legislatures in 32 States to call for such a meeting of the minds.  As it stands now we have an Administration that is totally out to change our way of life.  There are several Amendments that I would like to suggest;

1.       Term Limits on Congress of 3 terms of 2 years.

2.       Term Limits on the Senate of 2 terms of 6 years.

3.       Term Limits on anyone who serves their term in either the Senate or the House and runs for the other branch of Congress of I-4 year term.

4.       Mail in voting for Federal Offices only for the Military serving overseas or permanently disabled citizens.  All mail in ballots would require a thumb print on the application and on the ballot submitted.

5.       Ballot would be printed by one source with watermark and controlled by a Federal Election Committee comprised of one non-partisan persons appointed by the Legislature of each State.  They would meet one time for one week and set the rules for the election.  They would only serve once and only for Federal Elections.

6.       The Speaker of the House would be held to a term of 4 years.

7.       The Majority Leader in the Senate would be held to a term of 5 years.

8.       A rule to ban money from outside the State from pacts to affect State wide elections.  A State should have the right to have their Representatives represent their interests rather than outside politics.

9.       A binding rule that guarantees 9 maximum Supreme Court Judges who have a mandatory retirement age of 80 years of age. 

10.   A binding rule that guarantees all Federal appointed Judges set a retirement age of 75 years. 

11.   A binding rule that acknowledges Gender from birth as either male or female.  If a person wants to change their gender after the age of 18 they must do so completely and surgically.

12.   All Races to be judged with the same criteria and treated equally in Law enforcement, employment, housing, health and welfare and schooling. 

These are just a few of the things I feel would make America greater and bring people together again as Americans.

A not so subtle Warning

5. (From abundance to selfishness;) From a time of Neighbor helping neighbor and family support for their elderly to the advent of Nursing Homes where the elderly were sent, out of convenience so the family was free of responsibility.

(This is where we are today, the violence in the streets and the ignorance of the Constitutional Liberties we hold as a people. Our enemies dividing and conquering us as a people.)

6. (From selfishness to complacency,) When everything is easy, life takes on a casual existence allowing others to worry about the big things like voting and understanding the weight of our vote.

7. (From complacency to apathy,) When people fail to see the value of self reliance and personal responsibility and allow others to set the rules for their life.

8. (From apathy to dependency,) Allowing the Government to take care of them without personal responsibility lacking pride in personal accomplishment.

9. (From dependence back into bondage.) Socialistic attitude allowing their freedoms to disappear and leaving the government in the hands of the powerful. Who will you allow to be your Dictator in the end of our life's experiment in this Democratic Republic.?

 After doing a lot of research on the subject of Covid 19, it's effects and after effects I have decided to open my mind to several outside the norm Doctors who have warned us constantly about the political and financial implications resulting from this virus.  Doctors from Frontline Doctors org. were the first to come out and have been effectively shut down by the media.  Dr Lee Merrit has a better resume then Fauchi or any of the mouthpieces for the Covid Community.  She has been studying biological warfare and the use of viruses for decades.  She, unlike Fauchi does not own the rights to Covid such as a patent on the very substance.  This gives him an income on any vaccine or anything to do with the production and distribution of it.  People like Gates and others serve to gain substantial billions from its proliferation in our society.  Copy and paste this link to get the truth.  The actual medicines that are cures for Covid have been withheld and these are proven cures.

America's people will have a voice and it will be loud.

 

As the days go by this Administration is building a bigger and bigger division in this Country.  The Impeachment is going to cause irreputable damage in the minds of over half the voters in this Nation and will in the end create chaos.  The Gender neutral in girls sports is another knife in the back of normal Americas and will again create a great deal of harm to our young girls who have worked so hard to achieve in sports and destroy all the good created by Title Nine programs.  As the influx of Illegal Aliens increases across our border tempers will flare and result in serious problems.  This is no threat just fact as seen in the past.  The closing of the pipeline will put us back in the hands of Countries that are out to do us harm plus cost thousands of good jobs.  

The fact that Slavery happened in the United States is a terrible fact and a half of a million white soldiers died fighting to free the slaves.  My family was still in Sweden at that time and had little to do with the problem.  I believe it was the English who first brought them here and to the West Indies. 

Making Racists out of good people who had nothing to do with the problem just because they are white is going to end up with another Civil War if we are not careful.  The Far Left has been trying to gain control of the United States for several generations and has a good handle on it now.  Many people voted for their party rather than an ideal. Many felt false hatred for President Trump because of the Biased Media and Social Media shutting out truth and they will in the end resent their being taken advantage of as most Americans are Patriots, some just very misinformed.

The bias in the Media has played a significant part in this take over of our way of life and they will in the end carry it to their demise as more and more people wake up to their true agenda.  The fact that Conservatives have been censured all across High Tech Social Sites is actually criminal.  America has always survived because of our differences, it’s by negotiating and open discussion that we have built the greatest free country in the world, not by shutting out those who disagree with you.  Hatred has never built anything but more hatred and the far left is so full of hate they are willing to destroy all this great Nation stands for because of it.  Their constant lies and made up hoaxes along with a Media that promoted their insane propaganda has created the largest divide this Nation has experienced since the Slavery issue.  It was the Democrats I believe that formed the Klan and supported it for generations.  That fact is not deniable.      

What’s next Joe, re-education camps and Illegal Alien voting?  I know that people who voted for Biden have little interest in what I have to say but I will ask anyway, is this what you really wanted for America?

Get the kids back to school now.

 When are we going to start thinking about the Generation of kids we have abandoned due to the Covid 19 fear. We send 18 year olds to war without blinking an eye yet we have pressure from the Teachers Union and a myriad of Politicians requiring our schools to stay closed. These kids that we have left to their own devices are the ones who are losing. Families are being torn apart do to both parents working leaving little time for supervision. Kids are failing in their classes because they are not concentrating on their assigned work. You seldom will find a 12 to16 year old who will sit an do home work for 4 hours without supervision. Their minds are outside with their friends. In my day it was different, my Dad would have cuffed me upside the head if I didn't do what I was told and believe me you didn't want that. In today's world the kid just looks at his Mother and Father nods and goes and sits depressed in his room. Teen age suicides are up as we sit on our hands. We've already screwed up the lives of the last graduation Seniors, loss of scholarships, Senior Prom experience and learning to socialize are just a few of the things we eliminated. I don't care if we have to put Teachers behind Plexiglas barriers we have to get them back to work. The Parents I know are at their wits end trying to help their children succeed in life and the system has failed badly. It's time to change things, if necessary give teachers surgical masks each day and rubber gloves. Have an appointed monitor to scrub down the class room each day. The States where schools are open are doing fine.

Here comes 2021

 

I know that many of you are expecting life to continue as usual as a new President takes office.  It’s been that way for generations but this time I think you’ll find it different.  We have lived for the past year under the tyranny of a few Governors that have taken on power well beyond their Constitutional rights.  So many small businesses have been lost because of unnecessary shut downs.  Yes, I know we are under attack from Covid 19 and in the States where they preached commonsense and allowed people to use good judgement to avoid direct contact the virus has diminished and they have developed what they call Herd Immunity in many cases.  North Dakota is a great example.  Here in Nevada we have been under the hard hand of constant threats from our Governor who feels he can just make up the rules for the society.  There is a huge difference in being asked to take cautionary procedures and given orders under threat that destroy your opportunity to earn a living.  Utilizing agencies like Osha to spy on local businesses and asking people to turn in their neighbors if they are non compliant.  Now we have the entire Country under this threat. 

The things that President Trump did to put our nation first are going to be replaced quickly and without thought of the consequences to our freedoms.  Right this minute we have people from South and Central America heading to our border where according to this administration they will be welcomed in to America.  The first time the Supreme Court goes against their agenda it will be packed by 3 more judges from places like Puerto Rico as they make it a State for political reasons.  Our Defense budget will be slashed as will all of Law Enforcement across the Country.  We are going back to the Paris Accord and once again be the largest contributor as Countries like China will skate and still pollute our air.  We will be negotiating with Iran allowing them to rebuild their economy so they can control so much of the Middle East.  There will be an all out War between Israel and several Middle East Countries killing thousands in its path.  Russia you may have noticed has been very quiet just waiting for an opportunity to gather strength in the area’s like India, Pakistan and Afghanistan.  There will be several million Illegal emigrants sworn in as American Citizens guarantying the Democrat Party constant victories.  I know I’m throwing a lot at you at once but these are just the things this Administration has promised nothing more.  The war in Israel is just a given without a strong United States to back them up.  Let me know how you see things in the comments below, I will remove any obscene language and will read and answer your commonsense questions.

Wrong message

 For months we in America have been under siege by Anarchists who have violently tried to over throw our elected government, They have killed, burnt and looted cities from coast to coast. The pent up frustration from this from honest hardworking Americans came out at last in the DC Protests. The moral compass of our Country has been diluted by the constant acceptance of this activity by our politicians many of which seem to condone these terrorists and in fact salute them with their acceptance of it. Kamala Harris our new VP elect told us that she supported this insurrection and even gave money to their defense fund. I ask you what is the difference from burning and looting and destroying livelihoods of thousands of Americans many of whom will never recover to the so called insurrection in Washington DC? The difference is obvious, wrong message, the people in Washington just wanted to make a statement directly to those who haven't been through this summer of hate that they weren't as safe as they thought in their Ivory Tower. It hit home and now we have 26,000 Republicans with guns protecting their pampered asses. All the noise we have heard about election fraud seems to be okay with our establishment Elite. Nothing here they say yet they have blocked every attempt to investigate it. It must be a lie they say, yet a Bumbling Old Man who can't put 2 words together and a harlot from San Francisco sat in their bunkers without hardly campaigning and received 80 Million votes. Wow! that's some achievement.

America is a little different today, I wonder why China is so happy and they are dancing in the streets in Iran. Russia has been very quiet, scary. Trump is a lot of things and he was elected by the people to clean up politics and the the Leftists enlisted the help of the Press, the Big Tech giants and every other medium to fight against losing their gravy train. We saw how brave the Republicans were, they folded one at a time to the pressure. The fact that they have all gained from the swamp is telling. We now have a one Party system in America something our fore fathers duly warned us about and many ignored. We are now in the hands of a God the Left tells us does not exist. A few of us will bear the brunt of their inquisition for our political beliefs and the rest will become indoctrinated to the new America. This is my final piece on Face Book, I hope they allow it to be up for a while before shutting down my thoughts.

The change in American's

 The change that has come over America in the last year is terrifying. Do you remember how proud and brave the people of Iraq were when they finally got a chance to vote freely? They dipped their fingers in purple ink and proudly displayed them. Americans on the other hand refused to even accept the fact that there was any type of voter fraud at all despite tons of evidence to the contrary. I know this article will get scrubbed by the censors but it has to be brought out. The Left has bragged for a generation now how they would defeat America from within. I think it's time for well meaning people to look in their conscience and decide if they were part of the bringing down the spirit of this country and allow this to happen. I know good people that were so blinded by the hate espoused by the Media that they really felt compelled to protest in the streets while Antifa thugs looted and burning other peoples livelihood out from under them yet when it was shown that Antifa activists were involved in the Capitol insurrection nothing was done about it.

There have been major rallies all over this country without a hint of violence, millions of people have come together without fear yet all of a sudden these same people are the reason for the fear out of Washington that they have to close almost the whole city for a week. We are being coward into turning on the very people who are fighting to save America, God Bless our Souls and please God, Bless America one more time.

For four years the press and the Liberal Democrats have tried to make Donald Trumps life miserable.  They’ve harassed him on everything he has attempted to do for America.  They started a phony Russian hoax costing the American people $40 plus Million dollars in the process with the farce of a Muellar investigation. The Liberals supported and abetted the Antifa riots with the help of Billionaire George Soros claiming they were just innocent protesters, once again costing Americans Millions in lost jobs and destruction.   They allowed cities to be devastated like Portland, Minneapolis, Seattle and Kenosha just to name a few. They claimed he was looking for a Quid Pro Quo in his conversation with the Ukrainian President and tried to pull off a politically motivated impeachment.  The Press has been in cahoots with the Democrats for the entire period to the point the average citizen was totally blinded to anything positive he accomplished and now that they have won this very suspicious election they are bent on destroying the man and all his legacy.  Pelosi is so giddy at the win she wants to impeach him with less than 2 weeks to go to Bidens inauguration.  What has he done to deserve such hatred?  He only did what he promised the people who elected him to do.  He put a stop to the loss of manufacturing jobs.  Gave real funding to the Black Universities.  He did his best to close the border to Cartels bringing truck loads of drugs & illegals across our borders.  He stood up for the United States in NATO demanding the other Countries pay their fair share.  He created a financial Boon by cutting poor policies that stifled business.  He never took a salary during his entire tenure as President, donating it to various charitable organizations each quarter.  Until he ran for President he was known to Blacks like Jesse Jackson and Sharpton as a wonderful benefactor who gave constantly to build Racial equality.  I’m only scratching the surface of Trumps accomplishments during his Presidency and I’m still trying to find the hate he created among the Elitists.  I think someone who is close to Pelosi and Schumer better warn them that they are razors edge of turmoil never witnessed on American soil should they continue this farse.  When Trump took on the dirty job of cleaning out the swamp called Washington Politics,he wrongly assumed he had allies in the Republican Party and that there would be a few Democrats who were actually Patriots.  When they realized he was actually going to do what he said they have enlisted the entire Washington complex to destroy him.  The CIA, The FBI, The NSA and many in the State Department as well as 95% of the National Press.  Little did he know this included many he counted on for support.  All I can say to all this is that in 244 years the Politicians have learned well how to dumb down our children through an education system that has done it’s best to tear down our history, buy votes with free services and promises they never intend to keep.  Pushing us ever nearer a Global Government that will destroy the unique qualities of American life as we have known it.  Just a quick warning to those who wished this upon us,  This new Government is precariously balanced on a high wire without a net and believe me when I say that no one will be there to catch them when they fall,  In two years you will see the greatest change in Congressional politics ever experienced in America.

By the way what will Joe say to China when they threaten to expose his past money grabbing and treachery.  Does yes Boss sound familiar? 

A new Political Party

 I want to register a new Political Party. I'm tired of the old corrupted Party's of the past. The Democrat Party has left the main stream of America, The Republican Party has shown they worry more about their elections then they do about honest and fair government. I propose the American Patriot Party, you don't have to be a Republican or a Democrat or a Libertarian to belong. All this party stands for is Freedom of Speech, The 2nd Amendment, The Right to live an honest and fruitful life under the confines of the Constitution.

Our Platform:

Term limits for our representatives 2 terms of 6 years for Senate

4 terms of 2 years for our Congress.

Our values are based on the Constitution of the United States and it's Amendments approved by the States.

Clear and Transparent elections. Paper Ballots issued by one source numbered with voter Id issued by the Federal Government. When they enter to vote their name is on a list along with a thump print that Identifies them as who they say they are.

Eligible voters may obtain absentee ballots by request but application must contain a thumbprint for ID. Matching thump print on ballot submitted.

Secure borders that welcome legitimate emigrants in for assimilation into our system of Government.

I know this will go no where but I truly feel it would be better for American than the potential Revolution that's headed our way.
