I understand the general public’s
attitude in regards to their feelings about ground troops in the Middle East
especially with the constant drone of the liberal press. I also understand the warriors in our
military who feel that for two generations we have allowed the politicians to
handicap their ability to win. This air
war that we have entered into will go on for years without installing good old
American ground troops into the area to rout out the cowards that hide behind
women and children. If you ask the
troops they will be happy to do the job but only with the understanding that
enough of them would be deployed to overwhelm the enemy. With our air power and the ability of our Soldiers
and Marines in mass, this conflict would go extremely fast and with the least
amount of casualties. Politicians should
stay out of the way once war has been declared and allow the military leaders
to decide policy and the rules of engagement.
Declare war and get out of the
way.

A letter from a triple amputee Green Beret to our government
I know few will read this long disertation in its entirety but I send it along as a Veteran supporting the thoughts and prayers of a fellow Vet.: Don
I write to you today regarding my concerns about the current state in which we find our beloved planet and your efforts in resolving the many issues we face.Over the last decade, we have managed to allow our mighty position at the head of the table to dwindle down to a seat at the kids table, with our counsel being received as if it were that of a child making a suggestion on how to cure the world of evil: everyone thinks it is adorable, but no one takes it seriously.
To put it politely, you all are about as successful in global politics as an overweight middle-aged American with a severe case of tetanus trying to perform fellatio on himself.
Understanding that you have the attention span of indigenous forces undergoing rifle training, I give you the options of either reading this letter in its entirety or simply skipping to the last two paragraphs.
Sadly, you neither get the reference about indigenous forces (ask your college educated SMEs and think tanks) nor are you capable of making a decision on what to do next. Go ahead and post a tweet asking for thoughts/advice and hashtag this out with the others. #hashtaggingworldproblemsisabsurd #noseriouslystopit #itisridiculousandembarrassing You have time, this letter will still be here.
Due your ineptitude in your decisions with regard to who we back with foreign aid, and your complete lack of a spine in dealing with global threats, we find ourselves, for the first time in ages, being looked at with eyes filled with disdain and disrespect.
The mere mention of ‘America’ leaves a bad taste in the mouths of our friends and allies. The prospects of being saved by our once-great nation are now nothing more than a fleeting thought in the hearts and minds of Third World Country natives who dream of a life with fewer hardships than ones they currently face—hardships that could be vanquished by the hands of a great nation and its allies.
We have entered into a time in which it is not only possible to spread one’s hate filled rhetoric, it is also actually profitable and protected. Your understanding and misinterpretations of our founding freedoms are being used and twisted to further your own political agendas without any consideration for the people you are meant to represent.
Your understanding (or lack thereof) of our Constitution contributes to the complete madness of a country that is run where someone’s rights to desecrate the flag that represents these very freedoms is more important than the patriotic peoples who stand to protect it. Allowing people to lose houses or be fined for flying the American flag on their property due to it offending someone or being against a housing covenants is beyond ludicrous. It’s both absurd and frightening. These are just a few examples of countless rights that are being used to tear the very fabric of which this country is founded.
You see, all of you have forgotten the very key that makes this country work. You fight for one’s freedoms to express their beliefs regardless of where their loyalties lie. Using our very own founding documents, you argue that it is ones right to speak and act freely on their beliefs, regardless of their view of this great nation.
For fear of offending someone to pure political motivations, you stand up for the very people that wish to tear you down. What you, as well as most Americans have forgotten is this: Those individual rights end where others begin! It may be ones right to protest a certain religions display or another’s stance on certain political views, however, it is also the others right to display and have those stand points.
If one is offended by a shirt displayed with an image of a gun, a flag of our nation, a statue representing their faith in their chosen religion or any other example; that is their right to be offended and speak out. However, it is the others right to wear that shirt, fly that flag, display that statue or whatever else they wish to do. Freedom cannot be one-sided. The complete madness of political correctness is overwhelming.
You have stripped away our 1st Amendment rights by disguising it as political correctness and making the very people that make this country great afraid of offending any and everyone. I use these examples in our own country as the catalyst that has spawned our current position on the global stage.
Through political motivation or just complete incompetence, your methods of governing our country have clouded your views and thought processes for helping forge a united world. We stand at the table, with weak knees and shivering hands. Our word as a nation holding as much weight as that of our President doing curls in the gym. We have all seen the video…We live in a world where you can contest our very lands with flyovers without consequence. A world where one can sweep through two entire countries, massacring everyone along the way with no fear repercussions. One where sanctions and empty threats are wielded as a mighty sword against the very enemies that threaten our existence. You fail to see that in today’s world, the pen is not mightier than the sword.
You have demonstrated this time and time again over the last 13 years. Take Afghanistan for example. Politics alone have been the source of Taliban resurgence. How could this be? Let me school you. In 2001, a mixture of CIA, Special Forces and other Special Operations Forces (SOF), in very limited numbers, swept through the entire country of Afghanistan, demolishing the Taliban forces that stood in its way. Thinking that the back had been broken, we backed off and brought more and more ground forces in the country.
As time went on, more and more troops arrived and operational control was taken away from the Special Operations types, to make way for conventional commands. Along with this came more and more restricted Rules of Engagement.Fast forward to 2006. Following more political moves and further NATO control, we found ourselves in an Afghanistan where the freedom of movement for the insurgents is unprecedented in Operation Enduring Freedom—a freedom of movement that not only limits NATO troops ground movements, but also has even the hardest of SOF elements avoiding a drive into Kandahar City. So, NATO asked the US to help. Enter into the timeline, Operation Medusa.
US Special Forces demolished the insurgent forces to the point that insurgent operations in the entire country dropped. The morale of the insurgents also dropped to an all time low, the grounds upon which the new Afghan Government stands, are once again sturdy. Now, fast forward to present day…
What has happened? Are the insurgents in Afghanistan fleeing and backs broken? Far from it. All of this due to your politics. The war effort drawn down to a near standstill due to more and more pointless commands and approval process. All, in which serve to help some pointless commander to further his career and push some pointless political agenda.
You see, the current world in which we find ourselves isn’t one that can be tamed by the pen. The evils of the world find protection behind the shield of your politics. This is due to one simple fact. You have no clue how to play this game. You listen and make decisions based of your Subject Matter Experts who read about war in a book. You base your strategies on the opinions of ‘Think Tanks’ and conventional wisdom. The answers to these problems being spoken by the men on the ground only to be silenced by ‘yes men’. Due to this, you will continue to fail.
Not only will you fail in Afghanistan, you will fail in bringing peace and security back into this world. All of these failures will be caused by you because of one simple factor: none of you have the intestinal fortitude to do what is necessary. You will use your own misguided experiences and delusions gained in your failures in governing our own country as the grounds on which you base your strategies. But understand this, you can’t defeat evil with butterflies and rainbows. And you sure as hell can’t do it with pens and empty words.
Face it, for the most part, our Foreign Policy is a joke and your efforts on the global stage are nothing short of pathetic. Not going into the fact that you all are voted in for the people by the people to do a job, a job in which you are failing. At least you all aren’t receiving a ridiculous paycheck and benefits package for providing a public service. oh wait…
Our saving grace is that there are still a handful of you that will find this, as frustrating as it is, accurate and motivating. But, then again, if that was the case, then we wouldn’t find ourselves in this situation. Oh the conundrum. We have faith in our abilities as a nation. We have faith in our abilities in unconventional war as well as faith in our ability to destroy the current threats to the world given the freedoms and support required to do so.
So, I write to you today calling you out. You have failed. It is time to hand that Capri Sun and straw over before you put your eye out. You’ve been poking at that hole for some time now. You gave it your best lil buddies, but it’s time. Pull those trainers up around your waist, latch down the Velcro, and watch how real men fight wars.
It is time to unleash the hounds. You have had over a decade of war filled with warriors that would gladly step up and fight. These former service members are battle hardened and ready. More importantly, they understand the game. We stand at the gates, waiting to smite all that is evil in this world. You will not defeat the current evils in this world by playing your political chess games because it is spreading at an alarming rate. Unleash us. Back us. Stand behind us.
History has shown us that evil is only successful when the righteous stand aside and do nothing. Let us show the world that it will not tolerate the likes of ISIS or Boko Haram. That there most certainly are repercussions for committing atrocities. Justice will come to them swift and brutal. Step aside and let us do what is necessary! We stand ready!”
That’s definitely going to sting a little. This Green Beret is absolutely spot on.
It’s time for the spineless politicians in office to do their job to keep this country safe, and that starts with coming out and acknowledging who your enemy is, not playing these silly political correctness games with the acronym of terror groups beheading people and persecuting religious minorities.
Strong and swift action must be taken immediately to shut down ISIS, and that means airstrikes and ground troops. If action isn’t taken soon, the Islamic State will eventually carry out a successful attack killing hundreds, possibly thousands of Americans.

Lets win for a change
How can we win in the Middle East. It will take unfettered ground troops with strategy
to win not being held to political correctness.
Using a combination of American troops and unrelenting airpower to
overwhelm and collapse their command centers.
When a town is taken the people are invited out to vote on the
disposition of the captured enemy once and for all. As the battle ends in each village and town, bring
in the CB’S to rebuild the infra structure and put the town back together and
let the people elect new local governments. It’s time to treat terror with terror.
I have no doubt that
man for man our military can out gun, out run and out smart any terrorist army they
face if the reigns of political strategy are cut & they are allowed to
fight like our troops were allowed to in WWII.
For too long our politicians have throttled any opportunity for our
military to win with their impossible to follow, rules of engagement. When our military is asked to risk their lives
they deserve the right to be able to have the opportunity to win. Ask any Warrior and they will tell you that
we have more losses due to these rules of engagement than anything else. The idea that we have to play by strict rules
& the enemy doesn’t even understand our rules is ridiculous.
God Bless America & God Bless our Troops

God continues to challenge us
God challenged us on September 11th 2001 & our
then President George Bush, took up his challenge, rallied our people and
carried our tattered banner into battle.
God again challenged us on September 11th 2012 & our
President Barrack Obama & accomplice Hilary Clinton took turns hiding behind
a video that was irrelevant. God once
again challenged our humanity as we were forced to watch two innocent Americans
beheaded at the hands of a Muslim murderer.
The President played a round of golf until the polls pushed him to the
podium. Once there he told our enemy
that they didn’t have to worry about any American boots on the ground,
something they fear more than the bombs.
He gave them notice to move their operation because in a few weeks we
would be bombing the old ones in Syria.
All Presidents should be required to first serve in the military, man or
woman, it’s the only way they will ever understand what it means to love
something enough to willingly give your life for it.
Every time he telegraphs our moves he risks the lives of
those who so gallantly serve. Our
forefathers must be rolling in their graves at the thought of such an incompetent
nincompoop we have elected as Commander in Chief. Limited warfare has never worked as proven in
Viet Nam & Korea. The lack of the
will to win by our politicians cost thousands of lives rather than a victory &
left America weaker in the process. The lesson of the surge that the President was
definitely against, showing his contempt for military logic by lowering the
number requested by 25% has been lost on this Commander in Chief. The surge eventually as worked as planned but
took longer because of the reduction in numbers, the lack of adequate troops also
caused more casualties in the long run according to the military. Overwhelming
your enemy and forcing them to capitulate defines war. There is no such thing as collateral damage
when fighting to win against those who would willingly hide behind their own
people. Judge it by the mentality of a
mother who would strap a suicide bomb on her 5 year old for the sake of Allah.
I know, in many minds I’m just a warmonger, but if wanting
to win quickly and with the least amount of American losses and get the problem
over with is wrong, then I guess I am just a warmonger. Maybe as the next city here in the United
States goes up in flames by the hands of radicalized Muslims, a few more of you will
become war mongers too.

Okay, now I’m getting mad!
No, not the insane
kinda’ mad. The SEEIN’ RED kinda’ mad! It’s not unexpected: I’ve been
fighting it for about six years now but yesterday I saw something on the news
that finally made me want to kick the wall (never the dog) and shout
impolite words. On TV yesterday I saw a bunch of (and watch out for the
political incorrectness that’s coming your way)
loony-toons carrying signs demanding $15 an hour for entry-level workers
at fast-foods joints.
Obviously the crowd
wasn’t divided according to population – the 12% African minority probably
accounted for over 90% of those in attendance. Their shouted epithets broadly
indicated they were not candidates for the English as a First Language
award.
You probably noticed
right off I said “African” and not “African-American.” The only people
who can rightfully use that hyphenated nationality are those with
dual-citizenship. The rest are either Africans or Americans and must decide
which and conduct themselves accordingly. I’m not a European-American. You’re
not a “Whatever-American.” We can’t have it both ways. Like Hemingway said,
we’ve gotta be either beast or foul. “Beast-Hyphen-Fowl” is not acceptable. I'd
guess not one out of every 1,000 black Americans also has African citizenship.
I’m aware that statement will cause the hair to rise on the necks of the
“political correctness” nuts. They’ll hurry to respond with accusations like
“racist” and “Bigot.”
Know what? I couldn’t
care less! And know why? Well --
These finger-pointers
simply don’t have a clue. To begin with, a “racist” is someone who believes
that members of certain races have distinctive characteristics. This then possibly
involves the idea that one’s own race is somehow superior to all others. In
“enlightened correctness” (as opposed to political correctness) racism is an
understandable “general characteristic” of ALL races on this planet.
Everyone with an ounce of pride can't help but be prejudiced.
Checking with Noah Webster, a “bigot is “Someone who is intolerant of any creed, belief or opinion that differs from his own.” My goodness, doesn’t that sound just like an Obama liberal? Those exact people who are quick to point an accusing finger are often the biggest racists and bigots of all!
My second reaction to
those protesters was, I hoped that most of those dingbats (and I can’t even
guess where they were shipped in from) never set foot in a fast-foods
restaurant in my neighborhood. From the looks of many of those sign-toters, I’d
hate to eat the food that they had a hand in preparing. I'll stop there
-- I'm getting close to profiling, and I'd hate to have them call me
unconstitutional as well. (Although "unconstitutional racist
bigot" does have a certain ring to it . . .)
Modern-day success is all too often measured solely in dollars and cents. In a Republic such as the United States, ambition and hard work are the acceptable, yet diminishing, path toward success. Using threats and force to get there are NOT a substitute for the American way. Such demonstrations as we are seeing are a form of intimidation that can quickly develop into a physical confrontation. What do you consider “If you don’t give in to our (unreasonable?) demands, we’ll put you out of business”? How much does that differ from pointing a gun and saying, “Give me your money or I’ll shoot you”? Actually, it's not too far different … just using a more direct approach. How often have we seen orderly coercion jump to physical mayhem (old enough to remember the Watts Riots of the 1960s?)

It is not unusual for
American home owners or renters to have their lawns mowed by self-proclaimed
landscapers. It is not unusual for these services to be performed by
independents who drive pickups and hire “casual laborers.” Now what if your own
lawn-mower were to appear in front of your house one morning with a bunch of
workmen you’d never seen before all carrying signs that said, “We want $100 an
hour to mow your lawn!” You’d likely call one of the other lawn-mowers in your
town and tell him to come by. It wouldn't be that easy if the government and a
union were helping him. Okay, that’s likely a poor simile, but you get the
point. And the franchisee that owns your local hamburger joint is powerless to
resist a government edict.
I'm not going to
finger-point and use the word "unAmerican" but individuals and organizations
that move to restrict job-availability aren't helping get us out of the
predicament we're in. The BLS reported that in August 142,000 jobs were
created. That is .00044 in percentile-speak. That would be like the entire
County of Los Angeles hiring the big toe of one worker in a month.
What’s worse, the BLS had to use their magic wand to put 80,000 of those
supposed new workers into the equation. To save you counting on your fingers,
that makes the real total for the month of August only 62,000 new jobs. In L.A.
County, that wouldn’t even make a toenail on a worker. In the entire nation,
zip!
A scant 62.8 of the
labor force have jobs. There is a Real 12% unemployment. The country is in the
worst financial shape since the Great Depression. Yet, the unions are hiring
protesters with dirty hands to threaten a bunch of small franchisees with
possible extinction if they don’t get a $15 an hour minimum wage. Where’s the
fairness in this? Have the unions -- along with the entry-level workers -- lost
their minds? To satisfy this outrageous demand, the average fast-food
restaurants would have to raise their prices by 38% and/or fire workers. Even
then, their profits would generally plummet by nearly 80%. Friends, these
idiots are basically trying to force small-businesses to commit suicide!
Those few legitimate
fast-food workers that are protesting are being used as unwitting stooges by
unions who pay the remainder of the mobs to join the marchers. These
same unions once played a beneficial role in the development of America. Today,
they’re purposely accelerating the decline of American business.
Is it any wonder I get
mad?! Oops! Is anger now on the list of political incorrectness? What's
next, thinking?

It's getting pretty deep
A note from a friend;
Dear readers:
I’m probably not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but
every day I take the time to
read every advisory service I feel is objective and worthy. After separating the
wheat from the chaff, and when the results warrant, I share with you the salient –
and undiluted -- facts. And political correctness be damned!

This morning we got our weekly BLS (just BS?)
employment stats. They reported
that we’re still hanging at a 6.1% unemployment rate. The average Americans,
who barely have time to brush their teeth what with jobs, kids, houses to maintain,
chores, bills, etc, etc, etc, take a quick glance and say, “Hey, we’re still improving!”

Uh-uh! Hey, grab your water-wings and
swim with me through the garbage that
our government dumps by the barge-load into every body of water in the U.S.
our government dumps by the barge-load into every body of water in the U.S.
First off, that 6.1% is a manufactured pile of camel
doo. I watch the numbers every
week and it is obvious they spin a wheel or throw darts to come up with a number.
Harsh words, Ron. Yeah, but they’re true. Take a look at the truth.

In the U.S. we have what’s called a “labor force.”
Briefly, that’s the part of our
population that want to work and, if factors allow, do work. As our population
increases every day of the year, that number should increase. But over the last 6
years, and according to the BLS, the labor force has shrunk. Huh?

increases every day of the year, that number should increase. But over the last 6
years, and according to the BLS, the labor force has shrunk. Huh?
Quickly, ‘cause I can tell you’re getting edgy: A
few years back the White House
instructed the BLS to change its method of determining unemployment. The
numbers were getting too large. So they dropped those who had been unemployed
for a certain length of time. Then they added to the “working” those who were
forced to take part-time jobs. In simple terms, they dropped a whole bunch of
disheartened workers from the equation. Then they began adding "seasonal
adjustments" that didn't actually follow any season.

Good friends, the BLS is
shining a rosy light on a dead fish. TODAY only 68.2% of
America’s workforce is working !!! That's nearly one-third of Americans who
want a job -- need a job -- have one. Our REAL unemployment percentage is above9%. In some states it’s 11 or 12%. And the real problem is, IT ISN’T GETTING BETTER!

Why do I tell you this? Because the water is getting
deeper and our “lifeguards” are
all home on vacation. Even when they’re on duty, they don’t have a clue how to save
us. I'm sure many of them can't even swim. Many of them come up for “rehiring” in
November. Do something. PLEASE!

The Dreamer
Obama is a dreamer who has little regard for the reality of
the world, only what he wants it to be.
He has shown this in his inability to work across party lines to solve
even the most insignificant problems if they do not follow his philosophical
beliefs. Look at his background; raised
by a communist grandfather, mentored by a communist in Hawaii. A father who was a anti colonist who hated
the power of the English. His step
father was an Indonesian Muslim who sent him to a Muslim school in Jakarta. Educated by the likes of Cloward and Piven,
Columbia professors who wrote the handbook for changing America to a Socialist
State. His education includes the
writing’s of Sol Alinsky author of Rules For Radicals. The same Sol Alinsky that played a major role
in the education of Hilary Clinton in her radical anti war days. The far left is so enthralled by the world of
political correctness that they find it impossible to understand that there are
just plain bad people in the world that need to be removed. The threat posed by the Islamic extremists
Isis is real yet we are hesitating to act aggressively to remove this murderous
element. Bombing a few pickup trucks in
the desert won’t deter the threat only anger them further. They understand one thing, power and a
willingness to use it. Our Intelligence
knows where they are and our military knows how to hit them hard yet we again
hesitate.
Our Military has been systematically weakened by the forced
resignations of key leaders. The Obama
administration has shown little regard for our long term safety here in the
United States. Their main objective is
to create a utopian non militarized socialized state. This hasn’t worked anywhere in the world and
in fact both China and Russia have taken a path far more capitalistic than our
leadership. Large portions of the middle
management, the Majors and Colonels of our Army & Marines have received
pink slips at a time when we should be building our forces to protect us from
this threat. Our Naval fleet has been in
a hold position for several years, no new Aircraft carriers or sub’s. Our aircraft are designs from the 60’s &
70’s in most cases and we have pulled our forces back to the point of
isolationism.
The other threat we face is the Russian aggression into The Ukraine. Putin has his eyes on the re-establishment of
the Soviet Empire and is not afraid of the timid actions of our
administration. We have procrastinated
giving weapons to the Ukraine’s or have we shared intelligence with them. Our Allies in the area have reason to be
worried and find little solace in the words of a President they don’t trust to
back them up. The United States has
always been the leader of the Free World and right now we have a world without
a leader.

Are we headed for revolution#2
Are we headed for Revolution #2? When the government is controlled by one ideology
and it is adverse to the general opinion of the population something has to
give. We have always had our differences
between party’s but the divide has now been fueled by racism and the
socialistic concept that everyone should share in the wealth of the nation
whether they have worked to build it or not.
The President has promoted racism in his actions whether it be the
Trayvon Martin statement “ if I had a son he would look like Trayvon”., the dumb Cambridge
police overreacted because the professor was black beer summit, or the latest
in the Brown case, where he sent 3 White house emissaries & Al Sharpton to
the funeral and Atty. General to Holder
to personally investigate and convict the officer without a proper due process.
The
white liberal establishment has bought into this rhetoric lock, stock &
barrel. A black conservative or even a
black middle of the roader is considered an Uncle Tom and chastised in this
government. Everyday white Americans who
lived through the days of obvious racism of the 50’s and 60’s and fought to
bring an end to its ugly blight on America are watching the result of all the
anti poverty programs and the affirmative action plans that were supposed to
bring a quality of life to the black community.
What has actually happened is that a whole segment of the society has
learned to live a separate and substandard life in ghettos rather than assimilate
into American society. Each generation developing a deeper distrust
for the mainstream even to the point of allowing
a subculture to dominate their thinking and their way of life. The President and the Atty. General have used
this division when it was convenient to expand their socialist policies. In each case there were flaws in their
actions; when photo’s of the real Trayvon
emerged rather than the innocent schoolboy image it painted a different
picture. When the truth came out on the
Cambridge incident the President was forced to backtrack. When the video of the strong arm robbery by
Michael Brown came out they whitewashed the incident and blamed to police for besmirching
the dead youth. When looters from
outside Ferguson who could care less about Michael Brown destroyed business
after business in Ferguson it was blamed on the overreaction of the militarized
police assembled to prevent destruction.
I know I will be chastised for these comments because I am
white but I make them because
I am an American first and concerned for all Americans. The question I ask is why have so many from the black community been able to take advantage of the education opportunities offered and become hugely successful while so many find comfort in withdrawal into this subculture of violence and anti American hatred? Race baiting and reverse racism is to me the worse crime that has been put upon the black community by some of its own leadership and until the cycle of government dependency is broken nothing will change. The answers lie within the community itself, by bringing an assault from within on crime and reverse racism along with proper education including Charter Schools for those who want to succeed, will go a long way to solving America’s biggest problem. We have wasted 2 generations of black American youth on programs that have forced a dependency on government rather than creating a desire to succeed. So many claim that they can’t find a job but fail to understand that American business will never accept an education that includes the street language of Ebonics as their method of communication. As has been proven by the white liberal establishment, welfare, affirmative action and free phones haven’t worked, it will take a revolution from within the black community to bring beneficial change. Let us not waste another generation, America cannot afford to miss the next Dr. King or the black scientist who may find the cure for cancer. We’ve wasted enough brilliant minds and it’s time for all children to be able to live up to their potential.
